- Site establishment (signage erection, temporary fencing & toilet, skip waste bins)
- Demolition if any
- Site clearout, levelling and groundwork including utilities connections (Storm water, sewerage, Gas and Electrical services)
Week 2
- Excavation
- Pad footings concrete pouring (Boxspan flooring system) or formwork and concrete slab pouring
- Termite protection to whole floor area as per Australian standards.
Week 3
- Steel Wall frames installation and precise calibration
- Roof Trusses Installation and precise calibration
- Colour bond fascia and gutters installation
- Eaves and roof installation
- Window installation
- External doors installation
Week 4
- External façade cladding
- Lock up point of the project
- Internal Plumbing rough-in
- Internal Electrical rough-in
Week 5
- Walls and ceiling insulation as per eco friendly high performance Australian standards
- Internal walls plasterboard covering and setting
- All wet areas to be waterproofed to Australian standards
Week 6
- Floor and wall tiling of bathroom & laundry
- Floor finishes as per package and selection
- Kitchen fit-out
Week 7
- Plumbing vanities installation in bathroom, laundry and kitchen
- Internal doors fixing
- Skirting and architraves fixing
- Wardrobes fit-out and adjustment
- Internal & external painting
Week 8
- Kitchen appliances Installation
- Hot water unit installation
- Electrical fit-out and power meter connection
- Detailed internal and external cleaning
- Troubleshooting and building inspection as per contract
- Handover of keys and certification to owner
